Dyneema Ltd carried out building alterations and refurbishment works from the basement to roof – 5 floors to update offices and provide new kitchens, plumbing and sanitary-ware, electrical installation, new suspended ceilings, wall linings with first and second fixed joinery and floor covering.
It also included provision of new reception area and conference rooms, basement toilets and shower rooms, built together with new offices & changing rooms for 200 Cross Rail Staff.
The offices had upgraded external fire escapes and air-conditioning fitted throughout together with hard wired camera securty systems controlled at central office / reception.
